Current Positions

I am a Ph.D. candidate in Linguistics at George Mason University (Fairfax, VA, USA).

My current research areas are Phonetics, Language Acquisition, and Language Documentation.

I am a member of multiple linguistics labs at GMU:

the Phonetics and Phonology Lab directed by Dr. Matthew Kelley
the Processing and Acquisition of Language at Mason (PALM) Lab directed by Dr. Cynthia Lukyanenko
the Language Documentation Lab directed by Dr. Sylvia Woodrose Schwartz

I work as the Graduate Writing Coordinator in the Writing Center at George Mason University, supporting students writing theses and dissertations.

Educational Background

MA in English with a concentration in Linguistics at George Mason University, 2022.

BA in Interdisciplinary Studies with cognates in Teaching English as a Second Language and Global Studies with a minor in Linguistics from Liberty University, 2020.
